Paleo Bacon and Egg Breakfast Pizza -

Isn't it pretty? It tastes pretty too. But of course, there's bacon on it. Need I say more?

Well, yes, obviously because I have to share the recipe.



Crust (tortilla modified from Stupid Easy Paleo)

  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
  • 1 teaspoon FlavorGod's Everything Seasoning
  • pinch of caraway seeds
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon melted ghee
  • 1/2 tablespoon water
  • 2 tablespoons arrowroot powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon coconut flour
  • pinch sea salt


  • 1 uncured bacon cut into 4 strips
  • roasted tomatoes
  • mixed greens
  • 1 egg
  • green onions
  • pinch of sea salt & black pepper
  • organic tomato sauce

Tortilla Instructions

In a medium sized bowl, whisk the eggs with the melted ghee and water. In a separate small bowl, mix the dry ingredients. Add to egg mixture.

Pour the batter into a small skillet and cook over medium heat for about 1-2 minutes on each side.

Breakfast Pizza Instructions

Preheat oven to 400. On a baking sheet, place tortilla and top it with tomato sauce, just enough to cover it with a thin layer. Top with greens then crack the egg over the tortilla. Top it with bacon and sprinkle it with green onions, salt & pepper. Bake for 12-15 min.
