12 years ago, husband watched Cartman lie and trick his way into an invitation to a birthday party at a Mexican restaurant. With attractions like cliff divers, puppet shows, and Black Bart’s Cave on hand, we understand. Consequently, this episode of South Park made our number one destination in Denver: Casa Bonita, the Disneyland of Mexican restaurants.

To thoroughly enjoy this restaurant as an adult, don't go in with high food expectations.

The food line is very remiscent of going through a cafeteria line in primary school. Simply put, one does not go to Casa Bonita for the main course.

One goes in, with eyes wide open, for the fun!

...and for the sopapillas.

...and for the wild west shows.

...and the cliff diving.

...and for Black Bart's Cave.

Was the scare and food worth it?
