On the way back from a quick weekend in Disneyland, we decided to take the scenic route through Joshua Tree National Park thinking it wouldn't add that much time to our drive...

Except we ended up doing the wrong trail... But we did see some neat hieroglyphics!

So we backtracked, determined to find the trail to the Wallstreet Mill. It's about 3 miles out and back, no shade. Along the way are remnants of habitation.

Consequently, driving through the park added about an extra 2 hours to our drive. The park is massive!
