On our way back south from Squamish, we made a random quick stop at Porteau Cove Provincial Park, just off of the Sea-to-Sky Highway. The sound and its surrounding mountains were too beautiful for us to pass by.
Continuing our road trip to Squamish, we stopped by the Sea to Sky Gondola just off of the Sea to Sky Highway (Highway 99). This attraction offers easy access to breathtaking views of the Howe Sound and its surrounding mountains.
We went deep into Canada’s Britannia Mine Museum and it may just be the coolest mine we’ve been into.
Shannon Falls Provincial Park was one of our stops along the way to Squamish BC, Canada. Because of it’s accessibility to the highway, we couldn’t help comparing it to the super popular Multnomah Falls in Oregon –except Shannon Falls may actually be prettier.
