Sea Lion Caves
Today is day 1 of our first road trip together! The drive out of Washington was easy enough... except for a certain part where I was driving and the road got a little too windy for my comfort so I had to hand the wheel back over to husband.
Our first sight seeing spot was the Sea Lion Cave in Florence, OR!
To get to the cave, you have to take an elevator 208 feet down. There is a little bit of a smell, but that goes along with the sea lions and the ocean.
Husband, just getting off the elevator.
Heceta Head Lighthouse from the inside of the cave.
We walked on the path above and outside of the cave after taking the elevator back up and saw more sea lions!
